In a world first, after more than half a decade in the making; property research and technology company Ripehouse announces that it has cracked the code and is now ready to launch its new, groundbreaking AI property platform.

2014 - A self learning technology that automatically assesses the likely condition of a property that is currently on the market - helping investors quickly find other properties that have recently sold that are more likely to be in a similar condition.

2015 - Sweet spot overlays - helping the investor find the exact street level sweet spot in any suburb across Australia that will deliver the most capital growth for that suburb.

2015 - Flood zone overlays - displaying at risk flood zones as overlays on a suburb map, but perhaps more importantly, assisting investors to make critical decisions by allowing them to quickly filter properties on the market properties (in or out) of these areas - quickly relating flood zones to property value.

Jacob Field

Jacob Field has been successfully investing in property since he was a teenager. He owns properties across Australia: some around the corner from his family home, and others that he has never needed to visit. In 2011, his passion for property led him to develop the Ripehouse Platform for analysing suburbs and locating Sweetspots within them so that interstate investors could acquire a local's understanding. Initially a tool that Jacob used in his own research, it was later refined and redesigned for use by other investors and has evolved to be the incredible tool it is today.
